HOAs/Rancho Palos Verdes/LA County
El Prado Estates
El Prado Estates covers the single family homes on Vista Mesa Drive, Calle Aventura, Santa Luna Drive and Tarapaca Road, most of Azores Place and some lots on Palos Verdes Drive East, near the Marymount campus. The 118 homes stand on county tracts 20802, 23335, 20856 and 22659, recorded in 1957 and 1958, and most were built from 1957 to 1962. El Prado HOA was one of the five homeowners associations on the Neighborhood Advisory Committee that the Marymount campus use permit set up, and city reports show it there in 2012 and 2019. Listings for some homes name the association with small yearly dues, and many other listings here show no association.
