Elkmont Neighborhood Association is a neighborhood group in the Elkmont Drive area of Rancho Palos Verdes. The city gave it a Neighborhood Beautification grant in cycle 16. Elkmont Drive runs east from Silver Spur Road into county tract 24719, recorded in 1961 with Elkmont Land Co. as owner. It is the tract's only street to Silver Spur Road.
