Grandview Silver Arrow
Grandview Silver Arrow HOA is a neighborhood group in Rancho Palos Verdes. The city's grant tables use that name, while the city's lists of its 2006 and 2023 applications call it Grandview Silver Spur. It won city Neighborhood Beautification grants in cycles 11, 14 and 17, the last in 2006 to paint a block wall and add lighting and landscaping, and city staff recommended it for a cycle 21 grant in January 2024. City records do not say which streets it covers or where the wall stands. Silver Arrow Drive starts from Silver Spur Road about 150 meters south of Hawthorne Boulevard and runs to Blackhorse Road, with 82 single family homes built from 1959 to 1966. Listings for 10 homes on Silver Arrow Drive show no association fee.
