La Cresta
La Cresta HOA is a voluntary group of residents on Via La Cresta and Vallon Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes. County tract 28083, recorded in 1967, holds 104 single family homes on the two streets, and all but one were built in 1967 and 1968. The 10 newer homes at the end of Via La Cresta, built in 1987 and 1988 in a separate tract, have their own association, La Cresta Pointe. The group counts all residents of the two streets, so the map takes in those homes too, 114 in all. The group's website lists its activities as beautifying the neighborhood entrance and sharing general information with residents. The city lists La Cresta HOA among its Neighborhood Beautification grant recipients in 15 grant cycles.
