Mediterrania Home Owners Association is a voluntary association for the neighborhood whose main entrance is at Ganado Drive and Palos Verdes Drive East. Its bylaws set its area as county tracts 29057, 30360, 30361 and 30383. Its website describes the area as running up Ganado Drive to Bendigo Drive, plus the streets off Floweridge Drive. The area has 250 single family homes on Coolheights, Hightide, Ganado, Seaglen, Seaclaire and nearby streets, built from 1964 to 2008 and nearly all by 1975. Membership is not required, and owners who pay yearly dues get a vote. The bylaws also give the board the duties of the Mediterrania Arts Jury.
