Miraleste Hills
Miraleste Hills Community Association is a volunteer group for the homes on Crownview Drive, Knoll View Drive, Highpoint Road and Grandpoint Lane in Rancho Palos Verdes. Its bylaws also take in the Miraleste Hills Fountain and the area around it. The association counts 193 homes, and the single family houses were built from 1960 to 2020, most on county tracts 25376 and 27625. Owners join by paying yearly dues, which go to fountain upkeep and social events. A homeowners association formed in 1967 and took over management of the CC&Rs, but by 1990 the hill had 12 different sets of them from several developers. It was dissolved in October 1990 and replaced by this volunteer group, which has no CC&R role.
