Miraleste Homes Association

Miraleste Homes Association is a membership group for Miraleste, one of the four districts of the 1923 Palos Verdes Project. The main entrance is on Miraleste Drive at Via Colinita, with two more on Palos Verdes Drive East at Via Subida and Picardie Road. The association was founded in December 1938 and organized the 1939 petition that led to the Miraleste Recreation and Park District in 1940. Its website counts 377 homes on about 300 acres and says the first home was built on Via Colinita in 1924. Households join each year with a membership form. The city says homes on certain Miraleste streets must also follow the deed restrictions of the Palos Verdes Homes Association and its Art Jury.
