- Every lot takes access over the part of lot 12 shown on the map as Calle de Suenos, a private street. The map offered that street for public use, and the city council rejected the offer. Lot 12, listed at 12.74 acres gross and 10.92 acres net, also holds a natural drainage course and a flood hazard area.
