Peninsula Rim
Peninsula Rim Homeowners Association is a homeowners group that city records tie to Beechgate Drive, Golden Arrow Drive and Longhill Drive. City council and planning minutes name it from 1982 on, and in 1994 the Planning Commission approved the staff recommendation on a sign permit for the association on Beechgate Drive. A 2018 city report calls the homes on Beechgate Drive, above Crenshaw Boulevard, the city's Peninsula Rim neighborhood. The map follows county tract 27337, recorded in 1965, which holds every home on Beechgate Drive, Golden Arrow Drive, Delacroix Road and Seashell Way and the homes on Longhill Drive from 27843 to 27926. Its 126 single family homes were built in 1966 and 1967. The association received city neighborhood beautification grants in cycles 1, 3 and 6, and city staff met with it in 2019 and 2021. Sale listings in the tract report no HOA fee.

- City council and planning commission minutes name the Peninsula Rim Homeowners Association from 1982 to 1994, and its representatives gave addresses on Beechgate Drive, Golden Arrow Drive and Longhill Drive, all in tract 27337.
