Roan Road Neighborhood Group

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes lists Roan Road Neighborhood Group as a Neighborhood Beautification grant recipient in cycles 15, 16 and 20. The group is named for Roan Road, a public street that leaves Palos Verdes Drive East. The street's 10 single family homes were built from 1957 to 1965 on county tract 20162. The street is zoned for single family homes on lots over 20,000 square feet and is in the city's Palos Verdes Drive East equestrian overlay district.
