Rolling Hills Riviera

Rolling Hills Riviera is a neighborhood of single family homes west of Western Avenue, from Avenida Feliciano at the south edge of Green Hills Memorial Park down to Santa Rena Drive, with the Palo de Encino streets off Toscanini Drive at its south end. The map shows five county tracts, 24436, 24543, 21379, 18968 and 26331, with 717 homes, nearly all built from 1957 to 1963. The same two owners signed the first four tract maps, recorded from 1957 to 1960. City reports name the Rolling Hills Riviera Homeowners Association on Western Avenue matters, such as the privately owned tract walls along the street, and a 2023 city document describes the Palo de Encino neighborhood as part of the association. City Council conditions for Green Hills also give the association a seat on the park's neighborhood advisory committee. MLS listings for homes in these tracts report no association.

BoundaryCounty lot lines for tracts 24436, 24543, 21379, 18968 and 26331 (LA County Assessor parcels). Which lots belong comes from addresses and tract records, not the association's own map, so the edge may be off by a few lots.

Boundaries come from city GIS records, county tract maps or county parcel lines and are not survey lines. Management companies change, so confirm the contact with the association before relying on it. Board members and homeowners are never listed here.
