San Ramon
San Ramon HOA is a homeowners association in Rancho Palos Verdes. A 2012 city report lists it among the five homeowners associations around the Marymount campus on Palos Verdes Drive East with members on the campus neighborhood advisory committee. A 2011 city planning report calls tract 25051 on San Ramon Drive, next to the campus, the San Ramon neighborhood tract. The tract was recorded in 1959 and has 36 single family homes, which the assessor lists as built from 1957 to 1960. The city gave San Ramon Neighborhood Beautification grants in three cycles before 2010.
