Santona Drive Community Organization
Santona Drive Community Organization, which the city lists as Santona Drive Comm. Org., is a neighborhood group named for Santona Drive, a dead end street off Lomo Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes. The City of Rancho Palos Verdes lists it among past recipients of its Neighborhood Beautification Grants, with grants in cycles 14 and 15. The program began in 1989 and paused in 2010 after cycle 19. The street's 21 single family homes sit on lots 127 to 147 of county tract 25107, recorded in 1961, and county records date them to 1962. The street ends in a turnaround near the corner of Hawthorne Boulevard and Granvia Altamira, and a 2012 city report lists a separate cycle 15 grant to "Santona" at that corner. Sale listings on the street in 2026 show no HOA fee.
