Seacliff Hilltop
Seacliff Hilltop Homeowner's Association has spoken for the owners of the homes and lots on Vista del Mar, a public street off Palos Verdes Drive East near Ganado Drive, next to the south side of the Marymount campus. The street's 11 lots make up county tract 32991, which WADC-Hill Top Developers recorded in 1980 by splitting Lot 23 of tract 32574, part of the planned development the city calls Seacliff Hills. The tract map makes membership in a homeowners association part of owning a lot but does not name it, and the tract has no common area. A 2015 city staff report calls the Vista del Mar lots the Seacliff Hilltop community. The 2026 county roll shows 9 single family homes built from 1984 to 2023 and two vacant lots. The group joined the Rancho Palos Verdes Council of Homeowners Associations in 2006, where it was listed apart from Palos Verdes Seacliff Hills, and it had a member on Marymount's neighborhood advisory committee in 2012 and 2019. No state registration for it was found.

- City Conditional Use Permit No. 23, approved by the Planning Commission on July 12, 1977, covers tracts 32574, 32991 and 34834 as one residential planned development. A December 2015 city staff report says these tracts are also known as the Seacliff Hills and Seacliff Hilltop communities, and it calls 2935 Vista del Mar part of what is known as the Seacliff Hilltop community. The same report also refers to all three tracts as the Seacliff Hills community, and the city's November 2015 hearing notice places that lot within the Seacliff Hills Residential Planned Development.Rancho Palos Verdes council records; City of Rancho Palos Verdes
- The staff report says Vista del Mar is a public street that serves all eleven lots and connects to Palos Verdes Drive East.
