Seagate Villas
Seagate Villas is a gated community of 23 townhomes on Ocean Crest Court and Ocean Crest Drive, near Hawthorne Boulevard. The homes were built in 1981, each on its own lot in county tract 35045. Shared features include a pool, a spa, a sauna and a barbecue area. Seagate Villas Owners Association was formed on May 22, 1980, the day the tract map was recorded. In 2024 the city agreed to repay the association 20 percent of the cost of replacing a storm drain pipe at 6629 Ocean Crest Drive. Most of the pipe runs across association land. Seagate Villas is a separate association from Seagate, the larger condominium complex on Ocean Crest Drive.
