Seamount Community

Seamount Community is named on the City of Rancho Palos Verdes list of past Neighborhood Beautification Grant recipients, with one grant in cycle 13. The list does not call it an HOA and gives no address or area for the group. The city's current program accepts HOAs and also groups of at least three households with no HOA. In 2022 a group called Seamount Estates applied too late for a city grant for an entryway sign and landscaping where Seamount Drive meets Hawthorne Boulevard. Seamount Drive runs from Hawthorne Boulevard at Eddinghill Drive to Covecrest Drive. Its 35 single family homes were built in 1971 and 1972 on county tract 28450. Sale listings for homes on the street from 2024 to 2026 show no HOA fee.
