Seaview

Seaview is a neighborhood of 263 single family homes on Admirable, Conqueror, Dauntless, Exultant, Stalwart and Schooner Drives, Valor, Helm and Avenger Places, and Palos Verdes Drive South. The homes sit on county tracts 22387 and 22835, both recorded in 1956, and all but seven were built from 1956 to 1960. The Seaview Residents Association takes part in the city's landslide working group, and a 2026 sale listing on Admirable Drive shows no homeowners association. The streets are public, and Los Angeles County Public Works runs the sewers. The western edge of the neighborhood is inside the city's mapped landslide complex, and land movement in 2024 led to gas and power shutoffs for many Seaview homes.

BoundaryCounty lot lines for tracts 22387 and 22835 and lots on Dauntless Dr (LA County Assessor parcels). Which lots belong comes from addresses and tract records, not the association's own map, so the edge may be off by a few lots.

Boundaries come from city GIS records, county tract maps or county parcel lines and are not survey lines. Management companies change, so confirm the contact with the association before relying on it. Board members and homeowners are never listed here.
