Silver Spur HOA
Silver Spur HOA is a neighborhood group in Rancho Palos Verdes. It won city Neighborhood Beautification grants in cycles 11, 12 and 16: in 2001 to reface its entrance sign, which needed a city encroachment permit and a sign permit, and in 2005 to repair its front entry sign and stucco. City records do not say which streets it covers or where the sign stands. Listings for five homes on the Rancho Palos Verdes part of Silver Spur Road show no association fee.
