Stoneridge
Stoneridge Homeowners Association, called the Stoneridge Palos Verdes Homeowners Association in early city records, is the association for the Stoneridge Palos Verdes tract east of Covecrest Drive and south of Armaga Spring Road in Rancho Palos Verdes. City minutes name it from 1975 on, with its president and members on Scotmist and Meadowmist Drives, and a 2000 Planning Commission resolution places King Arthur Court in the Stoneridge Palos Verdes neighborhood. Those streets are county tract 27681, 131 homes built from 1963 to 1973. The map also takes in the 45 homes of the adjoining tract on Quailhill Drive, where the association gave its contact address in 2006. Its identification sign stands on Covecrest Drive facing the entrance of Coveridge Drive, built in 2006 with a city grant. The city paid the association beautification grants in five cycles.
