The city grant list calls it Sunnyside Ridge HOA, and it received grants in five cycles, all before the program paused in 2010. Most homes on the road are in county tract 20429, recorded in 1955, which has 53 single family homes built from 1955 to 2009. A 2023 sale listing on the road names the Sunnyside Association and shows yearly dues, but marks the home as not in an association. A 2025 sale listing in the tract shows no association fee.
