Its streets are Carriage Drive, Gaucho Drive, Estribo Drive, Sundown Drive, Conestoga Drive, Potrillo Road and Saddle Road. South Crenshaw Realty Company subdivided the land as county tracts 21534, 21535 and 19028 in 1955, and 125 of the houses were built from 1955 to 1959. The city's HOA map includes Larga Vista, but the city's reroof application does not list it among the HOAs that must review a new roof. Listings for nine homes sold from 2024 to 2026 show no HOA fee.
