Los Ranchos Verdes

Los Ranchos Verdes Homeowners Association covers 150 single family homes on Silver Saddle Lane, Santa Bella Road, Shady Vista Road, Seahurst Road and Palos Verdes Lane in Rolling Hills Estates. Most were built from 1953 to 1960, and all but four sit on county tracts 14892 and 20644. The Palos Verdes Corporation recorded tract 14892 in 1952 and gave the county easements on it for riding and hiking. Palos Verdes Properties recorded tract 20644 in 1955, and the city's HOA map puts its Golden Spar Place and Ranchview Road homes in Ranchview instead. The city lists the upper end of Silver Saddle Lane as a private road. The association was formed in 1973, according to its state record.
