The lots are on Rollingwood Drive, Willow Wood Road, Rockbluff Drive, Kingspine Road, Bluemound Road, Dunwood Road, Elmdale Drive, Silver Spring Drive and three shorter streets. The McCarthy Company and Palos Verdes Properties were among the owners on the tract maps, recorded from 1955 to 1957. The homes were built from 1955 to 2018, 370 of them from 1955 to 1959.
