The Residences of Rolling Hills Country Club is the neighborhood the Chadmar Group developed within the gates of Rolling Hills Country Club, planned for 114 homes and homesites. The land came from a swap with the club and the owners of the Chandler quarry, and 31 of the homes were offered by Toll Brothers. Sales began in 2018, and 112 single family homes were built from 2018 to 2022 on county tract 61287, along Chandler Ranch Road, Phillips Ranch Road, Bixby Ranch Road and nearby streets. The owners association was formed in 2017. Club membership is sold separately from the homes.
